Baked Cheesecake!

Cheesecake is very popular around the world. Those of you with a sweet tooth will not be able to resist this delicious pastry!

Did you know that Zeelandia has a mixture that enables bakers to make cheesecake easily and efficiently?
It’s our mix for Baked Cheesecake.

The recipe is simple; just add water, eggs and cream cheese (or use a different type of fresh cheese).
Once baked, the cheesecake has a beautiful light top-side.

750  g   water   
500  g   egg  
500    cream cheese, sour cream or soft cheese
