Add softness to bread with Zedomals

Zedomals gives bread additional softness, keeping it fresh longer compared to a standard bread improver.
It can be used with different kinds of breads and it can be adjusted for your usual recipe.
Zedomals is especially useful for bread that may not be consumed right away.
Zedomals is based on dry milk components and enzymes. In addition to the extra softness, it also gives bread a warm crust colour.

Advised dosage is 1 -2 % on the flour weight.
