Usage 500 g ZEESAN NEUTRAL H, 625 g water, 2500 g semi whipped cream or topping. Mix the Zeesan Neutral H with the water. Blend the semi whipped cream or topping carefully with the Zeesan/water mixture. Put the product in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour to stabilize.
